Surfers Paradise, Rhodes.

Rhodes is one of the Greek Dodecanese Islands located in the Aegean Sea 250 kilometres south east of the mainland port of Piraeus, but it is actually much closer to the Turkish port of Marmaris which is an easy day trip by excursion boat. The island has an international airport at Paradisi 16 kilometres west of the town.

How to get there.
There are regular Olympic Airways flights to and from Athens, several cheap charter flights connecting the island with several UK airports and services to many European capitals.

The Centre.
Surfer's Paradise is situated at Ixia Beach, only four kilometres from Rodos town at the North Western tip of Rhodes. We offer everything from step by step lessons, to free clinics with internationally qualified instructors. We do also host and organize local and national water sport events as well as product test sessions.

About the staff.
They are around 15 qualified persons capable of teaching you in all major languages and to assist you in every way you need.

Wind conditions.
We are blessed with calm mornings, ideal for beginners, and windy afternoons for intermediates and experts.
If you don't feel like windsurfing, you can try your adrenaline on our Jet-Skis, take a ride on the "Crazy Banana" or try the "Flying Rings".
Wake-Boards and Water-Skis are also available when the water conditions permit us.

Accommodation.
Around the centre you will find a large choice of hotels, bars and excellent restaurants and hotel prices varies from 25 euros until 80 euros per night. The area is famous for it's exiting nightlife, and is rated one of the best tourist resorts in Europe.

Come and visit us at the Island in the sun.

Rhodes is rightfully named the Island in the sun because of it's average 320 days of sunshine every year.
